The tools you already have,
used well.
We help professional service teams get more out of the technology in front of them. More done, more safely, and in a way the firm can stand behind.
One meeting. By the end of it we'll both know whether this is a fit.

We work with professional service teams on how technology actually gets used day to day.
Your firm has already invested in good tools and has someone capable looking after them. Our work sits alongside that, on the people using them.
We train your team, we help your leadership make the calls, and we stay involved afterwards. We work with your IT provider and we don't change your systems.
What we don't do
- We don’t manage or change your systems, and we don’t replace your IT provider. Your provider does the technical work and does it well. This is a different job.
- We don’t give legal advice. Any policy we produce is a draft for your firm to finalise.
- We don’t promise you a number. We promise you the measurement.

Efficiency, safety,
and compliance.
The same three movements every time.
Find out
Every firm is different, so we start by understanding yours. How the work moves, what your people already do, what your systems allow and what your obligations require. Short, structured, and the same first step for everyone.
Set it up
Then we build the training around what we found. Small groups, on site, using your work and your language. Practical, and attached to things people already do every week.
Stay
We stay after the training. Your team keeps access to us and to our resources, we check in on a regular cadence, and we look together at whether it made a difference.
A firm your size is buying a person as much as a practice.
You'll meet the people who will do the work, by name, before you commit to anything.

Australian professional service firms
of 30 to 100 people.
Trusted with other people's confidential work. Most of our work today is with law firms and accounting practices.
We work with a small number of firms and hold the relationship for years. That's a deliberate limit, not a stage we're passing through.
We don't publish prices, because we don't price work we haven't looked at.
The first step is a short piece of work to understand how your firm operates, and that's the same for everyone. After that we scope to what we found.
Start with a conversation
It takes 30 minutes. We'll ask how technology is actually being used across your firm today, and you'll get a straight answer from us about whether we're the right people to help.
